One irony is that gonzo is full of circus acts the typical porn viewer will never, ever, get to do. Anal? Slapping? Choking? You don't get away with that with Real World girls, and probably not Porn World girls away from the camera (and paycheck).
The one exception is the creampie, i.e., condom-free sex. It's still the cheapest and most effective way of inducing pregnancy. Heck, even Asscroft's mom did it (too bad).
A lot of people watch auto racing solely to see the wrecks. NASCAR would have a much smaller audience if there wasn't a chance to see a driver killed or mangled in any given race.

i refuse to shoot in a scene with condoms. i am making that decree as a fuck you to the "talent" and other morons insisting that the business go all condom and no facial. i dumped a load that took 20sec from start to end today and filled up a girls mouth to the very brim. what would porn be like if the viewer was spared such a beautiful fucking sight.
