I used to finance a kosher slaughterhouse. Technically, the back end of a mammal is not kosher unless the schochet removes the scatic (sp?) nerve. Otherwise, it's the front end only. To exclude "glatt kosher" status, Naomi would have to have scars or inflammations on her lungs. And ::cough cough:: I don't know those probabilities.

All of this assumes, of course, that slaughtering a human being is kosher.
