fucking stairmaster...I swear by it...45 flights then 3 miles on the stationary bike. and that machine that allows you to do crunches with like 160# on it.

No soda at all or fast food or trans fat (mainly for its potential to do serious cellular damage)

definately lots of water and also green tea ( i luckily actually enjoy the taste)

excercise is the no brainer tho...even if you dont need to lose weight.
