Walk. It's the easiest form of exercise. A mile a day will do wonders.
Don't drink soda, or at least switch to diet. I dropped twenty pounds in a month. You'd be shocked at how much of a difference it makes.
Eat about four or five small meals a day. the Three basics, and a couple of snacks. And the snacks have to be healthy. I ate carrots and celery sticks with a little low fat bleu cheese dressing and you know what, it was good and I lost weight.
It's okay to pig out once a week, but no more than that. But if you stick to a small meal regimine, you'll find you don't want to pig out anyhow.
