awww, how sweet.... ill put it this way. I've gone from 30% bodyfat to 20%... and no one will be seeing me till i am between 9-14%. I didn't have them when i was a martial artist... im pretty sure i wont have them then (at the moment.. still there, but MUCH less noticable.)
