I can't tell you how many of our Toronto employees wanted a TN to move to NY or SF. Never had a request to go the other way, though.

And, I can tell you that while the Canadian $ is less than US, I actually paid the Canadians less. That is a US employee getting $60k would get about $52.5k Canadian for the same position. Just NEVER lay them off. Christ is that expensive!!!
