I suggest Hydrochloric Acid Diluted with v-8 juice and a hunk of Ghiradelli White Chocolate....apply for 20 minutes and do some "Hot Yoga" while you wait, the hair will simply sweat itself off. Do several shots of tequilla before applying for maximum effectiveness....
