I think that, unlike Enterprise models or Superman costumes, every hetero male cares about tits. Cares a lot.

The context is important though. The worst botched tit job - mismatched, scarred, three sizes too large for their body, and with a giant gap in-between - still looks good under a sweater and a bra. It is only the people who are most likely to get the implants - people who show their tits for a living - who are really affected by the quality of the boob job. So whether someone has had them done and how good they actually look matters most to someone who is actually looking at the raw results.
