thevodguy: I never heard of it either until I went out with a couple of friends for a drink LAST WEEK! I was telling them about the board drifted to the lack of pubic hair, my friend working in China and women wearing Merkins in Japan.

What's funny is that two girls - ~24/23, chunky Ohio chicks who had been drinking a bit - drifted from the next table over to join the merkin discussion ... odd "ice breaker" - the merkin vs. "the landing strip"!

Tried to talk them into lurking, but who knows ...
