Most model releases gives companies the right to do whatever they damn well please with any footage or photographs they take of talent.

And companies will take advantage of their limits too. That's one of the risk people take when working as talent in the industry because if you think about it, in the long run, companies end up making tons much money off the ample amount of money talent gets at the shoot.

There's companies out there that will shoot a movie and ask you to pee for them but then you realize you're not getting paid for it because some reason they say its part of the movie, okay that's fine.

But then you realize months later, the pee footage was put under a different title that had nothing to do with the previous movie you were shooting for. There goes thousands of dollars made off you and you didn't get a dime for it.

Not only that but you can't do anyting about it because according to paper work, that was partof the movie you filmed and got paid for and it was all done within that day at the same location. What can you do? Nothing.

I've done it many times and could have said something but I figure, they'll get their time and I simply don't care. It's more fun to pee that way than in a boring bathroom anyways.

But it's just an example of what happens from time to time.
