I can vouch for Bornyo's recommendation of Woodford Reserve, smooth as honey. Their potstills were made in Speyside. I've worked my way up to Laphroaig, for those of you into scotch. It is extremely funky, layered with the finest Scotland has to offer: Smoke, peat, and seaweed. I don't let anything get between me and my scotch, except an ice cube or two.
