I don't think I've ever seen anything like this, but I've often wondered why not. This "turntable facefucking" is certainly an idea whose time has come! There are so many awesome possibilities with this idea. Thanks for bringing it up.
This carousel concept actually appeared famously in the climax of Greg Dark's 'New Wave Hookers' back in the mid 80s. However from what I remember there was no forcedfoulfacefucking to induce gagging in the women on the access oriented spinning table. This seems kind of hard to believe no I realize because the pornographic elementality of this act, this gagdegrofacing, the absolute essentatality pornographically had always been there obviously inherent in the medium like fission yet wentr undiscovered for an astponishing length of pornotime. It's kind of mindgaggling.
