Actually it is somewhat the other way around ...

Mainstream protestants have at times refused to acknowledge the "Latter Day Saints" as Christians. [They don't really like to be called Mormons - which is the book they believe G-d gave to the American Indians].

Church position on it being Christian.


A few year's ago there was a squabble when a group of more "traditional" fundementalist Christian students tried to exclude Latter Day Saints.

It exposed the school's use of its facilities for religious practice clubs thus ending it.

There's a Temple 4 blocks from me where they plot to convert the hispanic immigrants. It's so easy to pick out the "missionaries" too white and clean for Union City, NJ.


If you want a copy of the Book of Mormon, they'll be as happy as a fanboy to get you one!!


I LOVE to study religion, but I don't believe in God - which is the only safe way to do it.
