I got that on the Bookmobile as a boy. I felt really bad for Sherman. His wife told their kid that what daddy did was analogous to picking up crumbs from what fall from cakes and making a cake when he got enough crumbs. That journalist was like Luke Fored and the descriptions of his hangovers was the best in hangover literaturte. If I remember right Wolfe said a morning after headache made your skull feel like an unshelled raw egg in that if you moved too quickly that the tenual mambrane would rupture and the contents would spill out. That is true.
