I don't think there will be a serious shortage. First off, many have mentioned that some companies have sizeable back catalogs on which they can live for a while, maybe for quite a while. Then a lot of companies can use the opportunity to bring their DVD backlogs up to date. Thirdly, there's always the European scene, but I'm not clear how it will be affected by what's going on here in the States.
