Absolutely true. And, I was GOING TO attempt to test the limits of their rules, and ridicule their paranoia. But, it never got very far. I never tried to test any limits.

They made it clear that they were uninterested in dealing with a person that wasn't going to be rah-rah AND wasn't going to BUY ANYTHING!

But, its hard to see this out of its context.

There was a "real" user there, "Rain," being bullied for quoting XPT. S/he was asking questions and being shouted down as an intruder BY THE ENTIRE BOARD and told to shut up. I then called that behavior out of order.

They actually reacted as if S/HE was the XPTer.

I just decided to take up "Rain's" argument. Thus the emails.


I wanted them to EXPLAIN their paranoia.

The point is that they are smashing down new users like "Rain" strictly out of paranoia.

Their problem is that they are violating their own "etiquette" out of paranoia.

The sad part for me is that the thread with the most posts I have on the net is AT ADT!! My herpes thread!!
