I've never read or posted on ADT. But after all the hub-bub and James's request for our IDs and the chance to take a few kishkas....
I always keep an open-mind. And, I know there is some "baggage" between posters here and there.
I decided to read the rules for posting before getting a "handle" with the understanding that ADT is for the more "genteel" going in. BUT ..........
Steph's "Moderator" definition kills me:

We want one on one disussions taken offline. Berating an ADT member via e-mail is no nore acceptable than berating him in the forum.
We don't want you smartass comments to him made in the forum, via e-mail, via USPS or face to face. We want you to leave him the fuck alone. Is that clear enough for you?

What if your husband kills hi.. I mean dies and you say you have no life insurance? Is begging permitted then?
It's possible but I find it petty and pathetic. If you can't afford to fork out the cash to cover the funeral and all then you might as well just give up and call it quits with life. Life insurance is cheap.
