-First of all more often than not no one is hurt badly save for pride (Run Forest Run).

-This is a competition between skilled fighters, not some drunk schmuck from the bar, or your uncles wifes, kid brothers cousin. Beating up on those that don't train, or biting some dude doesn't make you a tough guy.
