I have never heard of such an analysis being done. I don’t think it’s possible, and that the errors if you tried would be measured in weeks not days. “possible” here means that once treatment is started I think it would be impossible that measure the individual’s HIV progression rate in order to compare two people.
PS. On a lighter note, here’s the very definition of overreaction. In an earlier HIV outbreak (1998?) Private in Europe declared that no performer would be permitted to work without a valid test. Sure enough, shortly thereafter Rebecca Lord shows up for a shoot without a test of any sort. The director went ballistic and cancelled the scene.
Why was this an overreaction you ask? It was a solo/masturbation scene.
