As for the whole 'whore' thing... part of it is that society has changed. High school girls use whore and hooker as a casual term for a friend. It's all over the place. That being said, years ago, if I was emotionally where I am today, I probably would have reacted differently.

I still remember when David Lord wanted to call our movie 'Vault of Whores'. I thought 'dear God, I'm gonna get raked over this one. But it's a great title.

To this day, I still hate the porn directors and company owners who treat the girls with no respect. But a word is a word, and I've gotten over it.
