Duke, I think the thrust of what MrPoo and others who've met Lara are saying is that it is NOT a good assumption that Lara is cleaner and safer than the Brazilian girls. Maybe she is and maybe she isn't. If she hooks on the side then I doubt she is any safer.

Darren made a mistake working bareback with foreign girls in Brazil whose tests were dubious. But he also made a mistake by working bareback with a foreign girl in the US (Lara) whose test was dubious. Hindsight is a wonderful thing to make it obvious both were dumb things to do, but we still don't know which got one him in trouble (if indeed the source isn't somewhere else).
