I'm not trying to dis Brazil or anyone else. I think there is a misunderstanding here.

The basic statistics for the US only is the CDC's Cases by Exposure Category table. Ten years ago almost all cases were from homosexual sex or injecting drugs. Ten years in the future I suspect there will be as many heterosexual cases as homosexual cases.
