Personal issue caused a bad anxiety attack today which kicks off my manic. So it is very likely I will be up and active for 36 or more hours. I never did drugs, but I have been told that it is similar in brain chemistry to being on top-shelf cocaine that doesn't lose its strength. So I guess part of the reason I'm "clean" is that my brain is a completely legal drug lab!

It's a bit annoying since it is mixed state now [hard to focus and irritable], but its free and better then being immobile on the couch.
