There may be a number of companies who could benefit from shifting resources to getting DVD's out rather than producing content. I am amazed that many don't release dvd & vhs at the same time. I know that a few movies I really was interested in buying came out on vhs first, I think they are out on dvd now but damn, never got around to buying them once the initial excitement/intrest wore off. Never saw the vhs either as I don't have a vcr.
