Now let's get this fucking thing done" at which point he grabs her hair in the other hand, with one hand still on her throat, turns to the camera guy and says "roll" as he starts fucking her throat again. The look in that chicks eyes was sheer self-disgust, fear, revulsion and panic. I can just imagine the "what have I done" thought passing through her brain as her soul took its last breath.
