I'm not talking about leaving the director's instructions in the final edit. I want scenes where the talent cringes, whines, storms off, or otherwise makes it clear that she is getting more than she bargained for.

Two scenes that I remember - probably not the best examples, but ones that grabbed my attention.

Anna Malle/Max Hardcore. She is new, he is giving her the treatment, she is taking it like the pro she would be. While being throat-fucked, he gives the usual encouragment. "Yeah, whore, take it deeper." "I can't, I'm gonna puke" "We don't care, let it go!".

"Noel", Bang Bus. Yeah, I know it is not real. But just because the girl signs a waver and takes a test doesn't mean she knows what she is in for. In this very early scene, she obviously objects right away to the verbal abuse, which just sets Dirty off. He makes her hum "Wheels on the Bus", calls her everything he can think of, and the money shot ends up on her eye, to much celebration.
