Possible interesting legal questions:

Is the production company liable for negligence in its role - creating the kid as part of a paid professional act? And if so, who can collect? Mom? Kid?

What about the Dad? Can he transfer all or part of his financial obligation to the production company and/or its officers?

Can an actor forced to take a paternity test sue for damages for negative impact on his personal life or livelihood?

Is Mom covered by Workman's comp - in NY giving birth is a 4 or 6 week paid disability. A disability caused by a work related activity is covered by Workman's Compensation.
