Just received this MySpace bulletin from Penny Flame. I sure hope it's just pothead lingo for 'getting a new bong' or something like that. Hopefully, Penny's not in jail and can resume fucking on film and going to the Farmacy.

Penny's one of my buds although I haven't seen her in a while. I'm hoping this is bull, although I expect she'll be running her wing within about two hours of processing.

Do we know who/what she (allegedly) did?

If you read further up the messages she's posted you'll see that she was arrested for do doughnuts on a jetski in lake Havasu. I'm not saying that is the reason, but since she mentions Havasu when talking about going to jail, that's my best guess.

Can somebody verify if it’s JAIL OR PRISON? This will also play a key role in the events in front of her, or for that matter inside her.

IIRC she was spending one night in jail for drunken jet-skiing.
