I get phone calls from Rob Spallone Thursday evening.


I call first at 5:30PM.

Rob: "None of your people called me back. You know there are more people that got AIDS now, right? The girl. She's here now. I did the news. Channel 7 was supposed to come but they said they didn't have enough time. They were at AIM. Tim Connelly wants me to come to AVN tomorrow at twelve. He says I shouldn't say anything. What's it going to do for the industry. It's not going to help it. How am I going to benefit from it?

"I'm not looking to benefit from anything. Who interviewed you today? Tell them to call me. I did the Daily News with Greg Wilcox. Call the LA Times and tell them this guy will give you the real story. They're getting half the story. Call me back."

Rob yells at an assistant: "Get Channel 4..."

6:02PM: Rob: "[LAT's reporter] called [for ten minutes] and was a little bit cold. She thought I was a phony. She didn't think I was real. She wanted to know how I had the information of when the kid was tested. I have it, that's why.

"The girl who tested positive [Laura Roxxx] was just here. She's flipping. Most companies are canceling their shooting. If anybody wants to work, and they show me a test, I'll shoot them. I'll shoot anybody that wants to be shot.

"I'm interviewing with AVN tomorrow at 12. If they don't air my story word for word, I'm doing the 60 Minutes thing, LA Times, everybody.

"You can have 60 Minutes call. They are going out and getting one side of the story. They can get the real story here. Goodbye."

6:18PM. "Are you ready for this? Channel 13 is on the way. I just did the LA Times. That lady called back. Put on your site: All you big companies, all you people, you don't want Rob Spallone to talk. He knows way too much of the real truth. Everybody go to the bank. Get $10,000 in cash. Duke Floored will pick it up and deliver it to Rob Spallone who will keep his mouth closed and go away."
