She's really funny if you watch her. She is pretty obviously a trophy wife type who puts together already-made things from the grocery store (and this isn't Rachael Ray hacking apart a cooked chicken for chicken salad, this is assembling a meal from selected pre-prepared parts), never finishes a show without a special cocktail (usually one part fruit juice concentrate, five parts vodka and a strawberry) and concludes with a "tablescape," which means "Go to the 99-cent store and spend $50 on crap to spread all over the table."
