Nah...Smartt is neither a man nor would he ever decline sex with a tranny!A man told police he was beaten and raped early Wednesday morning by a transvestite he met at a bar.
Police say the man left the bar with the suspect, going to an apartment on the 400 block of East Evergreen around 2:30 a.m.
According to investigators, once they got inside the apartment, the man was attacked and raped. The man told police his attacker also threatened to kill him if he told anyone.
The man fled the scene and ran back to the bar to contact police.
Police say the attack appeared to be very brutal, because the victim had been beaten, with scratch and bite marks on his body.
He was taken to a local hospital and treated for his injuries.
According to police, the suspect confessed and even bragged about the whole incident to a friend.
The suspect is in police custody and is expected to be charged with aggravated sexual assault.
