Britney has been offered an extreme makeover
A cosmetic surgeon has offered Britney Spears a free tummy tuck, in order to get back to her pre-pregnancy figure.
The sexy star is already looking much like her old self, but New York doctor Brad Jacobs says that she has a lot to do before emulating the old days and that he is "committed to returning Britney to that form."
Of course, he told all this to TMZ.com rather than the pop star herself, but she should be happy to know that she can get rid of that C-section scar should she so desire.
Remarks Dr Jacobs: "Prior to getting married, having children and withdrawing from the musical limelight, Ms. Spear had one of the best bodies in the business."
He continues: "Often appearing onstage in midriff-bearing outfits that showcased her six pack."
Apparently, her new image is not good enough for Dr Jacobs and he is willing to help her out.
