When working with Brazilian girls in Brazil their tests are going to be local, with results written in Portuguese. Who told Darren that what the results say? How could he check them with a Portuguese-speaking clerk at a clinic if he wanted to?

Trust caused the Dick’o’Death episode. Marc was an insider with at least a decade of tenure, not an outsider, not some new guy nobody knew, a guy with many longtime friends who wouldn’t imagine he’s knowingly fake tests (and many later suspected he knew his HIV status).

Darren’s frame of mind probably isn’t the best right now either. Hopefully he’s getting calls from friends and not just AIM pumping him for information.
