The island consists of two streets and behind the house is the wash also known as the L.A. River. (I hear is not good for property value) The house is not a mansion.

If you go way further up Wilbur towards the hills then maybe you'll find some. The woman has lost it. Best part is this is very close to CSUN and cops are always near especially on weekends. It's not going to last long at all.
