In recent weeks, we saw a productive "WEHT RAME" as well as another "Why
is RAME on Usenet" thread. In the threads, we made repeated calls for
people to help lighten the moderation load.

No one came forward.

So, on or about April 15, our 8th birthday, we're cutting over to a ROBOMOD.
Our current team of Spaceman J and Frank Simmons are tired and over-
worked, and, despite repeated calls for help, there's no one else to take
up the slack... so enter the Modbot.

The robo-moderation software we're using is the widely used STUMP
