She's certainly smarter than the average bear. To me she comes across as someone who thinks she has the inside scoop on this industry, how it uses people up, and believes herself smart enough to go in with her eyes open and turn it to her advantage. That's what I get from reading her bletherings about "commoditizing" herself for our consumption and suchlike.

I think she'll ultimately discover that the joke's on her.
