With regards to someone stepping on you, I'm sorry to hear that, did it hurt? Are you ok? I hope so. Having said that, why didn't you let me know that night, or any number of subsequent times we saw one another afterwards? Why wait 6 months later and bring it up? I don't condone anyone attempting to injure anyone in any situation at any time. If something occurred, I could suggest this possible reason for it happening. If memory serves me correctly, we had a very limited {small} area for media at that particular event, and you had a lot of media smashed together, a lot of pushing and shoving going on at that event, is it possible some people got their feet tangled and stepped on? Sadly yes, intentional? I seriously doubt it, had you said something to whom ever had accidentally stepped on you, I'm sure the individual would have apologized. For future reference, PLEASE contact me immediately if anyone touches you at all, I'll be happy to help you.

With regards to what happened at the Sheraton, SORRY Tara, I'm totally lost on this one, my lawyer wasn't present, it was a great panel though. Did you post some video clips from it yet? I thought I saw you shooting with a video camera. Can't wait to see them.

With regards to my contemporaries like Suze Randall and Earl Miller, first off, Thank you for the Huge compliment, I would NEVER put myself in the same category as both very talented individuals, both artist's have spent their entire lives devoted to a craft, which has been very good to them. I've never considered myself to be a studio photographer, named claimed I was, never had the ambition to do so.

I've always admired the Adult Entertainment Industry, been given an AMAZING opportunity to do some editorial work, {a completely different style of photography} and have been blessed with an AMAZING life as a result, {which I am thankful for everyday}.

With regards to having new photographers banned, I'll only say this, recently our one of our representatives was approached by a new shooter with regards to contracting a publication to submit their work to. We have worked quite successfully with the publication in question for over 15 years, and continue to do so now, why should I help anyone out? Simple, I was that new person once, I was in their shoes, I know how important it is to get an opportunity. Suffice to say, we're what ever information the individual wants, I'll forward. It's important for me to give something back when ever I can, and I will continue to do so.

With regards to harassing you, would you please be so kind as give me a specific event, date, location etc. where this occurred ? Thank you With regards to pathetically sagging career, not sure how to respond to this, so I'll only respect your opinion and leave it at that.

Finally, rest assured I won't be suing you any time soon, why? I appreciate any thoughts anyone has to say, I might only suggest that in the future, if you have something to say, save yourself some energy, when you see me in person, say whatever you want, I'll respect your thoughts even more.

I've known Dominic for a decade. He's always been a mentch. I've seen him go out of his way to help people. I've not known anyone with a bad word to say about Dominic (except Jenna Jameson?).
