Bornyo has sent me numerous links to lawsuits against forum posters and today he informed me that tony and jeff couldn't protect me since a new law has been put in place, and i won't censor myself so I will no longer be posting, i thank you all for the good times and the bad, and I thank for bornyo for protecting me before it was too late, the rest of you should also thank bornyo, send him a nice pm, hes a stand up fella. Monkey out

it definitely means Jeff and Malice are off the hook. It actually makes each individual poster responsible for what their posts.
If a post is actionable or not is another thing entirely.
For instance, typing "jrv you are a snake in the grass I wish you would die" is clearly not actionable. Typing Marc Wallaces premature obit is not actionable. Posting publicly that a particular poster sends you hate mail and child porn just might be actionable.
