Y'know, this is utterly ridiculous and a totally frivolous waste of taxpayer money, but let me clarify my stance on Rob Black. I think there is line that needs to be drawn between producing a spectacle of some "artistic" merit no matter how flimsy or just being stupidly outrageous to shock and therefore possibly stir up trouble. Unfortunately in a free society, we always have to worry about the close-minded uptight fucks who need to impose their version of morality on the rest of us. I'll defend anybody's right to deviate from the norm but there are some things that can't be defended like child pornography. I'm not saying that Rob's hijinks are criminal or anywhere near that level, but if you're gonna go out and do something outrageous that might be a lightning rod for the religious right or whoever is sharpening the knives, don't cry for help like a baby. It's either put up those fists or shut up. Sure, the majority might find bukkake gross or obscene, but that doesn't mean they have the right to impose that view and infringe those who find it erotic or (ahem) "artistic".
