Let me clarify it so your pea size nigger brain understands. A CCW is not a right to carry a concealed weapon. A CCW permit and license is a right to carry a carried concealed weapon (CCW). The CCW is the weapon itself.
When being approached by law enforcement you must disclose you have a CCW or carried concealed weapon and a CCW license for the CCW you are carrying. If you carry a concealed weapon without a CCW permit/license, you are violating CA penal code 12020.
So before you try to make someone look like they don't know what they are talking about, try knowing what the fuck you are talking about before you open your mouth.
