Dumb or smart, it's all good, as long as it's clear that the girl is in over her head, but soldiers on like a good whore. When you manage to capture those wonderful reactions, it's porn gold. Moral of the story is don't book girls unless they know exactly what's going to happen. That way all this will be prevented.

This would seem to be self-evident, but I think it's actually a little more involved.
