right seeing as everyone is upset with me posting "id this girl" messages all day long i will ask this question...who owns the rights to these celeb sex tapes?

Am i right in thinking that any "performers" need to give their permission before their image is shown? becuase that woudl mean they have to sign something giving permission!! or can just one performer from a couple give permission for both parties?
