The 'tipping point' is the 'boiling point' (yes, Christian, I have a college degree too, woo hoo - I've been an adult webmaster since 1998 and didn't have fuck any trannies to get the job either). My statement is not ridiculous at all.

1. Even before Spallone made comments about going to the LAPD on Derek with regards to the legal status of particular girls, there is fact the feds themselves are on to Derek. Just because they haven't kicked in the doors and arrested people does not mean that they are blind to what is going on.

2. It is starting to be very publicly talked about how Derek gets IDs for foreign performers. There was even a scan on LukeIsBack.com of British girl Michelle Avanti's CA ID (it has since been removed) and discussion of how a particular address in Oregon appears on all of the foreign girls CA IDS. It marked the first time that actual details were leaked.
3.Carmella Bing went into graphic detail on her argument with Derek which included sending her to Hong Kong for what she thought was a shoot, but was actually a 'private'. Gee, isn't that called pimping and prostitution? She also encouraged her readers to forward the info to every legal official available. That was the first time I'd ever seen a girl lash out at Derek in a public forum. Obviously, his pimp hand was not too strong with her, because she was not afraid him.
4.Stories about things that Derek has done to girls are no longer whispered about, they are actually being discussed openly. Some aspects of how he treats the girls are not just innapropriate, but border on slavery.

Derek has plenty of girls and will still be making money, but the authorities are on to him and he should definitely be looking over his shoulder. I don't have anything against him personally, but from my perspective he is playing with fire in regard to some of his business practices.
