They don't rightfully own it anyway. When the Luke Ford sold it five years ago it was in the contract that he be able to purchase it back this past summer for a set price.

The site changed hands a couple times, and apparently the original purchaser failed to disclose that part of the deal. Like some piece of shit selling land or a car to which they don't hold the title.

Luke tried to buy it back this past summer but the current shit-bag owners basically said "sue me".
