Ya know what...
Before they took their hiatus, the lukeford.com crew seemed desperate for cash. They were auctioning off the chance to spend a day with taylor (Yay, watch her smoke bong hits, wrestle her dogs and nap!) and I also remember some other money grubbing attempts...but not specifics.
Now...the site is updated and it ain't Fayner doing it. I've read his writing long enough to tell. Seems like standard cutting and pasting now. I bet they sold it because Taylor has overspent and her "man" is out of work. Just a guess...

They don't rightfully own it anyway. When the Luke Ford sold it five years ago it was in the contract that he be able to purchase it back this past summer for a set price.
The site changed hands a couple times, and apparently the original purchaser failed to disclose that part of the deal. Like some piece of shit selling land or a car to which they don't hold the title.
Luke tried to buy it back this past summer but the current shit-bag owners basically said "sue me".

SPEND A DAY WITH TAYLOR RAIN
After the wildly successful 'Spend A Day On Set With Taylor Rain' was over, we decided to do it again. That too was a wild success. Two lucky fans placed winning bids to be flown to LA to spend an entire day on set with Taylor Rain as she directed two movies for Torrid Entertainment.
One thing Taylor Rain really loves... is her fans! She gets tons of emails asking about a comeback, asking about appearances since she no longer performs, fans telling her how much they miss her. So taylor Rain has decided once again to do something with her fans!
It's time to do something crazy again, another day with Taylor Rain.... but this time with a twist. A twist that will surely please the winners of this content!
This time the winners get to see Taylor Rain do what she does best, what she's famous for... NO, not her meatloaf, not her chicken parmagian, but PERFORMING. In the month of November Taylor has several dates set to shoot content exclusively for her website. These will be full days of shooting both photo content and video content to be seen only on her website, clubtaylorrain.com. The shooting will take place over five days, we already have one winner who won a previous day on set with TMFR but was unable to make it to LA. So there's open dates for FOUR more winners!!!.
Here's what the day includes.
1) Rount Trip Airfare and 1 Night Hotel
2) Spend an entire day watching Taylor Rain shoot content
3) You get to pick out an outfit for her to wear
4) DIRECT Taylor Rain in one of her sets
5) Have lunch with Taylor Rain and her crew
6) Have your photo taken with Taylor Rain
7) At the end of the day, go to dinner with Taylor Rain and her crew
8) You get to take home one of the outfits Taylor Rain used for her shoot.
9) Before leaving Taylor Rain will give you a 10 pack of autographed DVD's, signed polaroids and signed 8X10's
A typical content day can be up to 12 hours, so there'll be plenty to see!!! Hang out with Taylor as she goes through makeup, gets changed, watch her shoot, tell her how to pose, what to do! It just doesn't get any better than that. Ok maybe it does, you also get to have your photo taken with TMFR and you'll have those photos for life. For those who love attention, you can even have some photos and video of the day placed all over the web and in trade magazines. Or for those who require anonymity, your privacy will be respected!
The bidding for this prize starts at $3000.00. The 4 highest bidders win! The winners will be notified by a personal phonecall from Taylor Rain. The bidding is open to ANYONE over the age of 18. Free airfare only applies to people in the US.

That site really has been worthless since it was sold and Keith, Fayner, and TMFR got it. Talk about industry outsiders. Sure Fayner can get into parties for some strange reason, but they all seem happy living together, doing whatever drugs they do, and turning a once interesting gossip site crappy.
Yes they are clearly trying to use the site to drive traffic for TMFR's web site. However, she isn't in porn anymore and as a lot of other higher traffic porn girl web sites have discovered, no new movies, less sales. It's almost pathetic to hear them begging people to join - offering cash and prizes. I'm really sure that is a lot of guy's dream to see a retired porn girl shoot web content.

Well I think it's obvious something went down. They were trying to sell content, trying to sell Taylor, etc. and now it looks like they split. Usually the other gossip sites pick up on it and write something and they haven't either. Oh well, looks like we are stuck with Gene Ross and his constant ass kissing of Sketter.
