You seem well read and smart, ever read Gulliver's Travels? When Gulliver puts out the fire of the liliputians by pissing on their buildings and homes? And the Liliputiands become pissed at Gulliver, despite the fact he saved their lives and town? Swift was using satire to mock the Ungrateful lower classes of England for the benefits the Government does (or tries) to give them.
