An Orange County man was arrested by federal agents after he sent sexual pictures of himself and his 15-month-old daughter over the Internet, authorities said.

The man was ordered to be held without bail at a court appearance in federal court Monday. He faces child-pornography charges, and has been assigned an assistant federal public defender.

An Internet sting conducted by the Central Florida Innocent Images Task Force, which includes a Seminole County sheriff's detective, led to his arrest.

The man "admitted to producing three videos of himself and his daughter engaged in sexual activity," FBI agent Keith Scott wrote in a charging affidavit. The suspect also "admitted to transmitting these videos to multiple individuals over the Internet."

He also chatted online with a Tennessee-based FBI agent posing as a 13-year-old.

Internet subscriber and user records kept by Yahoo, BellSouth and Level 3 Communications linked the Yahoo screen name used by the suspect to his address at an apartment complex.

Agents showed the e-mailed video files to the girl's mother, who identified the child. The girl remains with her mother, who is not suspected of any wrongdoing, agents said.

A telephone message left at the federal public defender's office in Orlando, who is representing the man, was not immediately returned.

In all seriousness, hopefully, due to the young age of the child, she will not remember any of the horrendous experience. The question is what does the mother do when the child grows older and asks about what happened to her father. Would she tell the child the truth, or would it be best to lie for the child's sake?

Today's (Oct 17) issue of USA Today had a 3 page in-depth article on Child Porn and the Internet. The story had the typical theme of how OVERWHELMED authorities are in fighting kiddie porn and the sick fuckers who make and use it. There was one incredibly disturbing anecdotal tale of a Chatroom visited by a number of seemingly respectable male citizens (a Banker, Engineer, a Doctor and a number of others) who watched a LIVE webcam broadcast of some guy molesting a 11 month old baby. The webcam show was FREE....

This highlights WHY Pedophilia is so incredibly heinous, and incredibly difficult to fight. It is NOT about making money or turning a profit (which some obviously do, but it is NOT the primary bent/goal of Child Pornographers, unlike "legal/Adult" pornographers who try to make money and approach it as a business.) Child Porn is simply about satisfying the addiction, feeding the craving...Kiddie Porn Collectors often freely TRADE their shit with each other and voluntarily give out advice and info on where shit is at, what to avoid, how to NOT get caught, etc. They operate under a whole different PARADIGM which makes the problem so OVERWHELMING.

There is a huge number of organizations and charities you can donate to help...I regularly donate to Save the Children, and I do know that you can specifically request that your donations be used for certain purposes, like helping victims of sexual exploitation/abuse/violence.

One thing every social misfit in this fucked up place can agree on is this; all of those fuckers should be fucking fried face first in molten rock.... publicly.
