FYI - I always tip 10 - 15% at the minimum, and much better if I enjoy the service. Blacks that were raised right DO tip well.

I don' think the IRS gives two shits about the guy's race, color, creed or shoe size. The fact he is a high profile Hollywood type makes him a nice target. Hope they get the fucker and take him down.
