As long as the fat particles do not re-unite, then the milk is still homogenized.

2.If the milk were to curdle or clump in any manner,would it in any way detract from the "whack factor" some of you have placed on said scene?
No..it would not detract, and it just might become a new way to produce a number of so-called "organic" cheeses.
