I have Windows Media Encoder to embed DRM profile
and different streaming bit rate/s
to a VOD that is WMV file. BUT, I need to make
Quicktime and RealPlayer VOD files also. Now, HOW to encode
QT and Real files for DRM and different streaming bit rates.
Is there a software out there that can turn a
original WMV (that is not changed into any bit rate)
into a Quicktime and RealPlayer DRM encoded and
Different Bit rate-encoded file?

as far as i know wmv is the only thing you can DRM. look here web page
